Refunds

We have a no refund unless valid policy, which means not all orders are eligible for refunds. Items which aren’t as described may be valid for a refund but will have to be approved first, then returned within 14 days once approved. Although we do accept all exchanges (see exchanges)

Return & refund instructions : 

  • Contact us directly (see contact us)
  • Wait for approval
  • If approved return the item via the free provided shipping label.
  • Provide us with proof of postage. (You will be responsible for the return so please insure the parcel is sent correctly and tracking information is updated)
  • Once the returned item has arrived and passed inspection, we will issue a full refund via original payment method (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. Please contact us after 7 days if you haven’t received your refund)

Exchanges

We accept all exchanges, the item exchanged must be at a lower value or equal too what you are exchanging it for to avoid additional charges. We allow exchanges for items of a lower/higher value, but we can’t offer a partial refund in return and additional charges may apply.

Exchange instructions : 

  • Contact us directly (see contact us)
  • Wait for approval
  • If approved return the item via a tracked postal service with the provided address.
  • Finally provide us with proof of postage & a valid tracking number. (You will be responsible for the return so please insure valid tracking information, with the correct insurance & protection) 
  • Once the returned item has arrived back to us and passed inspection, we will contact you and send out your exchanged item to the original delivery address. (Please check tracking if you have any concerns, and contact us after 7 days if you haven’t received your exchange)

Returning something?

Each order is assessed on a case by case bases so please work with us to determine if your order is eligible before returning it.

You will have 14 days to raise any issues with us and return your item for an exchange or refund if valid.

If we come to the agreement that you are eligible for a refund, or if you choose to exchange your item, it must be in the same condition that you received it. We will check the item over before issuing any refund or exchange.

We send free return labels for returns but not exchanges. Items sent back to us without an agreement being in place won’t be accepted, and will be kept on hold until a agreement is met within 30 days, if an agreement doesn’t resolve in the buyers favour the further return will be at the buyers cost or they can opt for an exchange instead.

 

Defects and Incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged more than described, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Remember we do not refund or exchange any items after 14 days of receiving.

 


 

Paypal

We follow Paypal's 'Buyer and Seller Protection' guidelines very closely, therefore if you think your eligible for a refund please let us know directly or open a case through PayPal and we can resolve the issue, before taking it to PayPal disputes. Direct Debit

The same policy and guidelines apply when paying in this format. We will do our best to resolve any issues and deal with any eligible returns as usual. Please email or reach out to us on our socials if you think your case is eligible for a refund.
